Founded by the visionary Chanda Devi Bagaria, Mission Cafe started as a humble vegetarian restaurant at 20, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata. It began its journey as a proprietorship concern, nurturing the idea of serving authentic, fully vegetarian delicacies.

In 1987, Mission Cafe took a significant step in its evolution by transitioning from a proprietorship concern to a partnership. The torch was passed to Shyam Sundar Bagaria, Ravi Kumar Bagaria, and later joined by Sunita Bagaria. This move was pivotal in expanding our mission of delighting taste buds with the finest vegetarian cuisine.

Present and Future

Today, Mission Cafe stands strong as a partnership, with Ravi Kumar Bagaria and Sunita Bagaria at its helm. In July 2020, the exclusive control and management of the establishment was taken over by Anita Katyal, marking a new chapter in our story.
